Shipments will be made to:

The delivery time at your address will be from 10 to 20 (business) days depending on the destination population.

The postage will be Free on orders over €100. In all other cases, the shipping price will be €9.

In some cases and depending on the availability of the product (out of stock), our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have a preference for delivery time, you can tell us in the order comment and we will try to comply (to the extent of the route and schedule possibilities of the transport company). ).

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the breach or delay of obligations that are due to causes beyond our control, such as in the case of force majeure or fortuitous event. Although most of the deliveries are made within the indicated period, occasionally, delays may occur due to data transcription errors, inclement weather, dates of high volume of orders, etc. In this case, contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. In addition, compliance with the deadlines also depends on third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents or other causes of force majeure that prevent compliance with them.

The prices are expressed in Euros, and are valid except for typographical errors. In the event that there is a manifest error in the setting of the price that appears in the product file, the price established for said product in the email will prevail.

The PVP of the articles includes taxes.

RETURNS

In karwork we want you to be satisfied with your order. For this reason, we provide you with various methods to return an item that may not meet your needs or expectations. 

In the case of rims, their return will entail a 30% surcharge, and already mounted rims cannot be returned, they must be tested without mounting the tires.

withdrawal

According to what is established in the Law of consumer protection, you have the Right of Withdrawal, in which you can return the product.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal will have to be carried out within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt. You must notify us, through the mail store@karwork.eu, your decision to withdraw from the purchase made.

In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging, as well as all the parts. In case the products do not arrive in perfect condition karwork reserves the right to pay a lower amount in the return, a circumstance that will be notified to you.

The refund of the purchase amount (not including the shipping amount) will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been verified, through the same means of payment used in the purchase and, in any case, in a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request, as long as it is Karwork who manages the collection of the item. In the event that you return the item through a transport company of your choice (it is important that it be certified shipping), the 14-day period will begin to run from when Karwork has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from its receipt.

The return expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be paid by the buyer.

If you still have not received the order and want to cancel or modify it, you just have to inform us of the changes you want to make, without this entailing any cost if your order has not yet been processed.

Guarantee

All our products are guaranteed nationally, against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. The guarantee does not include damage caused by misuse or habitual wear and tear.

In the event of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

We will be liable for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform us of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  1. They conform to the description made and have the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
  2. They are suitable for the uses to which similar products are ordinarily used.
  3. Present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.
